Getting my Energy back

Went off the anitbiotics for a week or so and got very sick immediately. Back on them and slowly and getting my energy back again. This morning we managed to walk/jog a bit and do some minimal equipment work! Last week, or even a few days ago, I had trouble walking 100m.

The bars are vandalised, they would be easier. We do some situps at another station and who knows tomorrow I can even do some push-ups.

Winterbrook Falls

We really intended to climb Black Bluff, but couldn't find the official trail head! Had a good walk in anycase! Noon till 330pm.

The park was full of flowers this week. Everywhere you stood there were flowers around you.
