Paddling to Latrobe

John, a new friend, joined me for a paddle to Latrobe. Was a good 2.5 hours of wind and surf, despite it being a lovely day on the river! 

Doesn't look rough, but we sure did some nice surfing on the river!

My favourite spot to paddle to. Just over an hour, return, from the river. Nice bit of bay paddling. Flat water today too, but even in small swell this is a good place to paddle to! 

The cormorand rock is always a fav. spot. I paddle around it, birds are not scared... 

There is the lighthouse. I go past it to the cormarand rock, and return to the river.
